Add / Remove Entered for and Supervised by

The appearance of the Entering for and Supervised by fields is determined by the absence or presence of licenses at the user level.
If the user does not have licenses the boxes will appear.
If the user has licenses the boxes will not appear.

When setting up users for testing or training purposes keep in mind that users without these licenses will not be able to test or demonstrate other workflows requiring licenses. User ids set up for only one role are mandatory for testing and these can be used for training purposes as well.

User ids with multiple workplaces are just that, you can switch between workplaces (menus) but your user settings, security and preferences stay the same regardless of the workplace. Using usernames with multiple workplaces will not reflect the actual end user functionality.
