Note icon in schedule does not show check mark, even though note has been signed and finalized.

The end user may have signed and finalized the wrong note or one that was not correctly linked to that visits appointment encounter. Also confirm that there is only one note linked to the appointment encounter and if there are duplicate notes, invalidate all erroneous note outputs.
