NoteForms are delivered by the Upgrade Technician during the Phase I upgrade and are visible in TWAdmin, Note Admin, Forms.
Before we get started, please read and clearly understand the following instruction.
The AHS Delivered NoteForms must never be used “as is”. Any NoteForm you plan to use must first be Copied and Renamed to avoid being overwritten by AHS NoteForm Updates.
The delivered Noteforms are sometimes updated by AHS, so if you use a delivered NoteForm without copying and renaming it that NoteForm will be replaced by the latest updates and your info will be LOST.
