Provider mapping can be done to limit the billing division, area and location that the provider has to select from in the Encounter form.
In order to activate this feature you not only need to map the providers under TWAdmin -> Charge Admin -> Map Providers you need to change the preference settings under Admin -> Systems -> (select your system) -> Preferences
