Note that the resulting report displayed will show numerical values associated with the activities that occurred for prescriptions, V11 notes, visits, dictations, tasks, documents, scans, encounters, Surescripts, print jobs, faxes, charges, appointments, problems and errors. Any column with 0 listed demonstrates that the functionality has not been tested.
