CMT: Check for missing noteform components

This option allows the administrator to check for missing note components, such as detail forms, text templates, hot spots, images. The benefit of running such a search is that an administrator can identify any broken items within a note and fix prior to go-live. This is particularly helpful when a large volume of notes and forms have been highly customized. Knowing that a symptom form is missing one or more of its detail forms before a provider attempts to use it can make the difference between happy providers and frustrated providers.
