Auto Configuration

Auto configuraton is designed to pull in HPI and PE noteforms into the note automatically based on a patient's chief complaint and assessed problem(s). This can be activated for one or both sections. Activating the Auto Configuration can save you from trying to define note templates to account for every combination of diagnoses; it also removes the need to have the providers manually add these forms in the NAW.
