In version 11.2, the clinical and result date and time must be defined when coming across the interface.

First check to see if these parameters are mapped. If they aren't, add mapping for clinicalDTTM (FileResult_CMS parameter 46) and resultDTTM (FileResult_CMS parameter 47). If the mapping does exist, you'll want to reach out to the client to decide on a workaround.
