Rx Eligibility Results Medications The system This task is generated by the application when an Rx Benefit eligibility check returns one or more eligible prescription benefit plans for a patient. This task prompts the clinical staff to review the plan data that is returned, and determine the accuracy based on the demographic returned by the pharmacy benefit manager (PBM). A message displays in the demographics area that notifies you of differences in the patient's data. Additionally, this task can be generated when no plans with coverage return from the eligibility response. Reconcile/Review The provider who sent the eligibility request When the user clicks Done.
