TOC checkbox is grayed out
The TOC (transition of care) checkbox will be grayed out until the appointment is ARR. Please note that the TOC column does not show up on the schedule until it is turned on under preferences. Also note that the SOC (summary of care) checkbox will be grayed out if the TOC checkbox is unchecked. Once the TOC is checked, then SOC will be available to check as well.
