Reconcile Meds Issue
Q: We have a user that has verified all of the medications showing within the Medications tab on the desktop but the Reconcile button remains highlighted and they get the following message: "all unverified meds on this list must be verified before reconciling". What is causing this?
A: There could be Potential Duplicates of medications. Within the Medications tab, right click and choose "Potential Duplicates". Meds will then appear that still require reconciliation.
