The Worklist is a specific workspace designed to contain the following items:
- Orders (including medications)
- Results
These can be accessed specific to a single patient or for multiple patients (crosspatient). This concept allows the user to work with the order or result object itself, without requiring the user to assign a task to it to facilitate user interaction. This allows the user to have access to all orders and results as they appear in variety statuses, and to work with them from a single workspace.
Examples of Worklists:
- Follow-up/Referral Worklist
- Financial Auth Needed (staff worklist)
- Denied Financial Auth (provider worklist)
- Verify Patient Results
- Rx Renewals, Authorizations & Coverage
- Using a Worklist to track the month for OB Patient Due Dates
