Formatting Wiki articles can be a confusing and at times a nominally daunting process.

Verify Resources are Open for Time Entry
There are two different settings that need to be verified, but they are both named "open for time"
- Verify the resource is open for time
- Verify the resource is open for time on the project
- Select Edit Mode from the --Actions-- dropdown to change the value
