V10 Groups to V11 Specialty Mapping

Assign V10- Groups to V11 Specialties This should have been done during the Phase I upgrade, but please confirm.

All of your v10 Groups must have a corresponding Specialty. To confirm...

1. extract your “Groups” SSMT content Category
2. Extract your “Specialties” SSMT Content Category
3. Compare the two.

If all of your v10 Groups are assigned to a v11 Specialty you are all set. If one or more of your v10 Groups is not assigned to a Specialty you must perform the following task. (Normally the group is not mapped to the specialty because there is no corresponding Specialty. So we create a Specialty and map accordingly.)

1. Login to TWAdmin
2. Dictionaries
3. Specialties
4. Add a Specialty for each Group that has no corresponding Specialty
5. Log out
6. Log Into SSMT
7. Extract the Groups to Specialty Maping Content Category
8. Assign the V10 Group to the new specialty
9. Load and test
