Unable to change document type for a given output when attempting to print

First, the user must have "set system templates key" security in order to print to a different document type. Next, the user selects a note from the chart viewer, hits "print", then "chart" then navigates to the "templates tab". The user can then scroll to the note in question and change to a different document type before printing.
