In older versions of EHR, the ability to "edit" a medication was dependent on if it was a recorded med or not. This functionality has since been tested in V11.4.1 and works to "edit" the sig if the medication is active or works to edit the date field or the renew/evaluate/complete field when the Rx is recorded.
