Carrier Maintenance
When setting up the insurance carrier maintenance file, you have to enter each co-pay amount in $5 increments. This can be tedious when you have a large number of carriers and a broad range of co-pays.
The following script can be run to load all of the co-pays for each carrier. The script adds co-pays from $5 to $75
