Description
TouchWorks will return the following error when attempting to launch the application:
"no ports available in the range 81-89"

Microsoft Server 2003
TouchWorks - all versions running on Windows 2003 Server
Resolution
There are two Microsoft Patches that must be applied to the web server to resolve this issue. They are:
- KB934903
- KB923996
I don't believe you can download these directly from Microsoft, so you must get the following files from your AHS Tech resource and have them applied:
- WindowsServer2003-KB934903-x86-ENU.zip
- WindowsServer2003-KB923996-v2-x86-ENU.zip
