During this webcast, we discussed how healthcare outcomes in the United States compare to other industrialized nations and identified several root causes that are leading to rising healthcare costs in our country. We then reviewed several payment reform models (Accountable Care Organizations, Patient-Centered Medical Homes, Bundled Payments, and multiple Quality Measure Programs) to explain what they are, how they work, and how organizations can prepare.
