System Administrator (SA) is a Windows application used in TouchWorks v10 to complete a number of administrative tasks. The functions provided by this application have been included in the TWAdmin Workspace in v11.

In Touchworks v10, SA is an independent client that is the primary administrative access to Organizations, Sites, TW dictionaries, and Security.
