The Select Patient form (dialog box) allows the user to search for a patient and put them into context. The Select Patient form is invoked when the user:
- Clicks Select Patient on the Patient Banner, and then selects Search
- Clicks Select Patient on the iHealth Patient Information form
- Clicks Patient on the VTB
- Navigates to a workspace that requires having a patient in context, if no patient is in context
