SSMT: Users / Providers

Description

The User / Provider spreadsheet is used with the SSMT tool to load and manager user accounts in the TouchWorks application. This is based on version 11.0.1.

===Title=== - It allows you to store the persons title. This is usually left blank with the exception of physician account, which is where you'd place "Dr.".
