Description

The Print Templates SSMT content category can be used to manage the different print templates that have been created. It is not recommended to create or make signifcant changes to print templates via SSMT as the syntax used to build the templates is quite complex. Common uses of this SSMT content category are moving templates between environments, copying templates, or deleting multiple templates at once.

Column Listing and Descriptions

  • Template Name - Unique name of the print template as it will appear in the Print Dialog box.
  • Top Margin - The location of the top margin, in inches.
  • Bottom Margin - The location of the bottom margin, in inches.
  • Left Margin - The location of the left margin, in inches.
  • Right Margin - The location of the right margin, in inches.
  • PaperSize_de - Code associated with the size of the page the template is designed for. Each code equals a specific size. Default code equals '2' for 8.5" x 11".
  • Frame Width - Desired width of the additional frame/column on the first page, in inches.
  • Frame Margin - Distances from the left side of the document to start the additional column/frame, in inches.
  • Orientation - Designates whether the template is designed for portrait or landscape format.
  • First Header - Text that will appear at the top of the first page.
  • Header - Text that will appear at the top of every page of the document, except the first page if there is a First Page Header.
  • First Footer - Text that will appear at the bottom of the first page.
  • Footer - Text that will appear at the bottom of every page of the document, except the first page if there is a First Page Footer.
  • First Frame - Text that will appear in the additional column on the first page, if the Frame Margin and/or Width is set.
  • Document Header - Text that will appear at the top of the first page of the document, unless there is a First Page Header.
  • Document Footer - Text that will appear at the bottom of the last page of the document, unless there is a First Page Footer.
  • Delete (Y/N) - Y/N flag to delete or update the print template.
