There seems to be a bug with using Medcin findings on noteforms in V11.4.1. The findings do not follow the "rules" as they apply to formatting of sentence structure. For example, there may be spacing issues with commas, or even periods not being appropriately applied. The workaround for this issue to is to text findings instead. The text findings are still reportable and abe to be queried with Galen's noteform reporting tool.
