Q: Why is every control on the page underlined only when form testing?

This occurs when the "properties" of the entire page are set to "underline" under the font section. To fix, select the form backgroud (click anywhere in the light blue space) and when the form is outlined, click the properties tab on the far right, select font and uncheck the underline option.
