Problem:
I have set up the Clinical Desktop View in Work Def Admin to only include certain Worklist Views. When I access the Clinical Desktop, I am seeing other Worklist Views that were not selected in Work Def Admin.
Answer:
This is Working as Designed. The system is designed so that any worklist view that is assigned to a specific user will be available on the Clinical Desktop view, regardless of whether the view is selected in Work Def Admin. The Check Boxes in Work Def Admin allow a System Administrator to grant/refuse access to a specific Worklist View that is not assigned to a user, via the Clinical Desktop.
You can extract the SSMT catergory: Worklist View - User to review the Worklist Views assigned to all users. This will allow you to ensure that only the necessary Worklist Views are assigned to each user.
