Q: Where is the preference to turn off Send Charge Tasks?

Question:

In our Test environment we are getting submit encounter form tasks sent when we create arrived appointments (created in demo blaster), does anyone know off the top of their head where the preference is for that? We are not going to use charge until phase 2 so we don’t want to see those (yet).

Login to AllScripts Enterprise EHR as a user with TWAdmin Access.

The preference: Don't Generate "Send Charge" Tasks is found in TWUserAdmin under the Provider Detail I section. This preference can also be set using SSMT Catergory: Users/Providers.
