Q: We are receiving results with a message of invalid due to a result time; Why are the specimen collected date/times on reports/result showing as incorrect in AE-EHR?

Typically, this has to do with a time offset with client server(s) and/or vendor server(s). Perhaps you recently moved servers to a new data center in a different time zone. To rectify this issue, FileResult_CMS parameter [97] - "TimeOffSet" needs to be mapped with the correct offset in minutes. This offset can also be calculated via utilization of OBR Field [7] - "Observation Date/Time" and a script.
