Q: The Location field in the Order Details section of an internal referral order lists all sites from the Site dictionary in Org Setup. Is it possible to create a picklist to limit the number of sites available to select?

As of 10/31/2011, this functionality is still in Development. A workaround is to create Additional Info questions and tie to desired referral orders. The question can be called somethink like 'Referral Location' that includes each site that could be tied to that order. You can also add questions for phone/fax #s, provider, # of authorized visits, etc.
Another option is to flag all referrals as external and utilize RPL picklists.
