Q: If two users edit a note at the same time, is there a warning message?

The system will not allow two people to edit a note at the same time. The note locks to prevent this and will generate a message that indicates the note is presently being edited by "user name" if a second user attempts to edit it. When users forget to appropriately close or sign the note, it stays open and locked. Notes can be unlocked by users who have access to Manage Note Locks in Note Admin or V10 Note Admin.
