Q: I moved an interface mapping from test to production by exporting/importing within CxR, but now some field mappings are not working in production. How can I verify the validity of the new mapping?

When importing/exporting to move interface mappings from one environment to another sometimes part of the interface mapping gets corrupted. If this occurs, instead of the normal mapping for a target field, "FieldOrder Not Found" shows. To rectify this issue, simply remove the "FieldOrder Not Found" mapping and populate the field with the correct interface mapping logic. If running the web-based thin-client version of CxR, the interface may be audited for corruption by print-previewing the interface mapping (File->Print Preview) and searching for the text "FieldOrder Not Found" FieldOrder Not Found.gif
