Q: How do we complete non-interfaced items?

Q: How can we satisfy the completion of non-interfaced items such as a foot exam (referral), opthalmology exam, etc? I would presume that this could be done when the consult letter/result is being scanned in. I'm new to Allscripts THX!

A: If an item is not interfaced, there needs to be workflow in place once the consult letter or exam letter is resulted. Once results come back, the user would go to the HMP and right click the "To Do" field and selecting "Last Done" and putting in the date that is on the result
