Question: How do I change the Action type on an Active Med.

Action Types

Login to the TW system

Go to the Clinical Desktop

Go to the Meds tab

Right click on the Med you want to change the action for

Choose Reprint RX / Resend Rx (you may have to use the arrow to scroll down to the bottom of item box in order to see the Reprint Rx/Resend Rx option)

Right click the same Med again

Choose Edit

Change Action

Click OK

Click Commit
