Custom Task Filters provide System Administrators the ability to create task views using fields such as Billing Location, Site, and Pharmacy as filters. A client may select up to 8 custom task filters for use in creating task views. Once a Custom Task Filter has been activated, it cannot be deactivated. Once activated, the Custom Task filter will be applied to tasks starting on the date the filter is activated and in the future. Custom Task Filters will not apply to Tasks created prior to activating the Custom Filter.

Custom Task Filters are delivered by Allscripts. These filters cannot be edited or changed. If a client would like changes to the tasks available for a specific Custom Task Filter, an Enhancement Request will need to be entered into SupportForce.
