Multiple CPT-4 codes cannot be stored in the field labeled 'CPT-4 code'. This field is limited to 10 chars.
However, in the 'Charge Code' field, multiple CPT-4 values can be stored. This is the means the CPT-4 values map into the billing system and needs to be coordinated with that system.
