Q: Can the lines on an amended note be removed from the output?

The only way to accomplish this is to copy the note forward to a new note.
V11.2 There is now an option to "show note amendments". This option lives on each note output under "properties>note attributes". Not checking this box will prevent amendments from showing in the note.
