Q: Can symptom forms be copied in note admin?

Symptom forms can not be copied within the "forms" tab of note admin. They can however be copied under the "symptoms" tab of note admin for the purpose of activating a symptom with similar details. If the goal is to utilize a custom symptom form elsewhere within a noteform, the recommendation would be to copy an HPI:problem form or a miscellaneous HPI form instead, particularly because some symptoms, such as "chest pain" can also be problems.
