It has been enhanced in V11. You now have the ability to set DUR Warnings at the Enterprise, Organization, and User level.

These preferences can be set in TWAdmin > Prefrences > Medication >

Of note, both the 11.1 Preference manual (4/21/08) and the latest version of ADBR (11.1.5 of 1/26/08) both incorrectly state that these can only be set at the Enterprise level. TW Development and Documentation departments were alerted to this March 2008 and a change to this documentation is forthcoming.
