Build Workbook Tasks
- Communication Method Default: Set communication method picklist for each order
- Add CPT4 codes to OID to assist in mapping.
- Overdue Intervals: Set default overdue intervals for each order based on priority. Review with customer and set to same value for all orders
- Expiration Interval: Set the interval after which each order should expire. Review with customer and set to same value for all orders
Recommendations/Notes
- CPT4 : This is for informational purposes only. This should carry over from V10, but if not, you should add them. This helps with the OCD mapping process.
- Set overdue and expiration intervals in order to obtain overdue reports.
The delivered value in TWadmin displays "0" but this actually means "Set to default". In SSMT, items with a value of 0 will show the delivered value of 10 (days). Select the checkbox “overdue important” in order to task providers when orders are overdue.
