Note displays in chart viewer as UNASSIGNED

The note needs to be assigned to a section within the chart viewer. This is done under TWAdmin > Chart Admin > Manage Sections. Next highlight the desired chart section from the box on the left. Check the box next to the unassigned chart item no the right and then click "Assign", then save.
