TWAdmin > TWUser Admin > User Admin

  1. Set the query to 'Type' 'Contains' 'User'
  2. This should return all users?
  3. In the lower frame, scroll down the the field 'Outbound Dictate Id' and delete the value
  4. Click the name of a user to select that user
  5. Delete the 'Outbound Dictate Id'
  6. Click 'Save'
    • It is neccessary to click save for each user. The field stays blank if you move to the next user without saving but the value will stay in the database unless you click save before moving to the next user.
  7. Repeat for all users or the ones you do not want to see the notification for.
