Newly created note section is throwing errors

This may happen for a few different reasons. One thing to make sure of is that the newly created noteform section does NOT have the same numerical order as other sections in that dictionary. There is no way to query that information so checking each section manually or selecting very random, odd numbers is one way to avoid the likelihood of duplicating a section number.

The second thing that may cause errors is allowing CMT to create the noteform section in the target system. To avoid this, always manually create the new noteform section in all applicable environments.
