Allscripts uses Medispan to update the Medication Dictionary. The updates are delivered to Allscripts on a routine (weekly) basis and delivered to clients through the delta process.

For clients that are concerned with viewing the medication changes within their dictionaries can view these in the Knowledge Base Articles portion of the client connect (See screen shot below).

For clients that are concerned with viewing the medication changes within their dictionaries can view these in the Knowledge Base Articles portion of the client connect (See screen shot below). For best results search for "Drug File" followed by the month you are looking for.
