Items adding to favorites without user adding them

From the Clinical Desktop, click Personalize and then under General Preferences, change "Add to favorites list automatically" from Y to N. If the option to change to N is grayed out for the user, go to TWAdmin > Preferences > General and ensure the AddFavoritesAutomatically preference is set to N and the User Can Override box is checked. Allscripts does not recommend allowing any favorites category to grow larger than 300 entries as a performance issue may be experienced with the load of each ACI tab.
