In v10.2.4, the following three preferences are available: PrescribeAuthCII, PrescribeAuthCIIIoV and PrescribeAuthorization. I cannot find these same preferences in v11.1.2. Has their name changed?

Yes. The name and values have changed.
'PrescribeAuthorization is now Non-Scheduled Meds Order Authorization Required
PrescribeAuthCII is now Schedule II Meds Order Authorization Required
PrescribeAuthCIIItoV is now Schedule III to V Meds Order Authorization Required
