In 15.1 copying Recommended Orders noteforms with required fields be seems to be problematic

From preliminary client reports of organizations who have gone up on 15.1, copying a Recommended Orders noteform with required fields does not seems to break the copy. When the copied noteform is utilized, the system doesn't seem to recognize with the required fields have been satisfied and thus providers are unable to final sign their notes. To avoid this issue, it would be better to build Recommended Orders noteforms from scratch.
