In 15.1, Fluzone Quadrivalent 0.5 prefilled syringe doesnt show up under Influenza on the Immunization Flowsheet

This is a known issue. Although the vaccine does not show up under Influenza, it does show up on the flowsheet as its own line item. There is a script that can be run to fix this issue. Please request the script from AHS.
