Granting or Not Granting Enterprise Access

This is typically used in an environment w/ Multi Org set up. "Granting" access sets the minimum amount of security that the user should have across all organizations that the users is associated with or has a connection to. The individual organizations can then be used to add specific security classes that the user should have when logged into a specific organization.

• Example: A provider moves between two different Orgs. The provider needs to have “Chart Edit” and “Phys” security classifications in BOTH Orgs. Enterprise Access can be granted and those classifications added. Those classifications will apply to ALL orgs for that user. Let’s say that the user should be able to print in Org A, but not in Org B – the physician can be given the Chart-Print security classification in Org A, but not in Org B.
