End User Training

The AHS contract lists the following end user training aids:
- These resources are available through the KB on the V11 resources page. Scroll down the page and look on the left hand side under "Implementation Documents".
- A new manual is handed out during training that has exercises and step by step directions that clients can pull out to use for end user training.
