The World of Coca-Cola - If pop culture is your thing, or the culture of pop anyway, you won’t want to miss the World of Coca Cola, a whole museum dedicated to the history of the soda and a tribute to the power of brand marketing. Senoia, GA – If Zombies are more your cup of tea, then it is worth making the 40 minute trip from Atlanta to Senoia, GA to visit one of the filming locations for ‘’’the walking dead.’’’ Senoia is the set for the fictitious town of Woodbury. The Georgia Aquarium – is in the heart of downtown Atlanta and offers a discounted rate for admission after 5pm on weeknights. Be sure to buy your ticket online in advance eto get the special price. https://www.georgiaaquarium.org/experience

Good Eats

The Varsity claims to be the world’s largest drive-in restaurant and has been in operation since 1928. The World's Largest Drive-in sits on more than two acres and can accommodate 600 cars and over eight hundred people inside. On days of Georgia Tech football games up to 30,000 people visit The Varsity. It sells more than two miles of hotdogs daily, a ton of onion rings, 2500 pounds of fresh cut potatoes, 5000 homemade fried pies, and 300 gallons of chili, all of which are made from scratch daily. The Sun Dial Restaurant - For a complete view of the Atlanta Skyline and a dinner a little on the fancier side – make reservations at the Sun Dial. This restaurant is on the top floors of the Westin Peachtree Plaza and features floor to ceiling windows to take in the view, as well as making one full rotation every hour, so as not to get dizzy, but to slowly take in the entire skyline as you eat. http://www.sundialrestaurant.com/about/
